Shipping Time
All gift baskets ship in 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Standard Ground Shipping is Free.

Delivery
We offer free next day local delivery service to the Dayton area region.

Shipping locations

 Within United States

Our entire range of gift baskets and custom gifts are shipped to the 48 contiguous US states. Standard Shipping ( 4-6 business days) is Free. 

International Shipments 
We don't offer international shipments at this time.

 

PO Box Shipments

In most cases we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please contact us to check if a gift can be shipped to a PO box before placing an order.

Carriers
We use Fedex ground , UPS  ground and USPS Priority mail to ship our gifts purchased with Free Standard Shipping. We use Fedex, UPS and USPS for our expedited shipping services.

How does you gift arrive:
We take great care in packaging each gift, so it looks wonderful when it arrives. All items inside the gift baskets are arranged in a manner that is best suited for shipping, to ensure the gift arrives perfectly.  

Substitution Policy:
We try our best to not have any substitutions to the items shown in our gifts, but occasionally we may run out of an item or it may be in short supply. In such a case we will need to substitute one or more products in the basket. We provide a close match whenever possible and always substitute with a  product of equal or higher value. We may not contact you to discuss substitutions, since this may result in delays in delivery or shipping of your gifts.

Return Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our gifts. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us on 832-782-4620 or email us at giftsarranged@yahoo.com with your concerns.

Please note: In case of a return,

  • Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels, the buyer is responsible for shipping the gift back.
While placing your order, please ensure your submitted delivery address is correct. We cannot issue a refund for a wrong address provided on the order.
