We take great pride in our processes, that ensure your order ships out looking great and on time! Please find answers to some commonly asked questions below:

Shipping Time & Payment Methods
All gift baskets ship in 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Candy Bouquets & Personalized Baskets may require up to 2 business days to ship.

Accepted Payments: We accept credit card payments through PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to place your order, you will be able to check out as a guest. 

Shipping locations

Within United States
Our entire range of gift baskets and candy bouquets are shipped all over the US (except Puerto Rico). Standard Shipping ( 4-6 business days) is Free to all states except Alaska & Hawaii. Standard shipping to Alaska & Hawaii is $10.

We don't ship to Puerto Rico.

International Shipments
We don't offer international shipments at this time.

PO Box Shipments
In most cases we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please contact us to check if a gift can be shipped to a PO box before placing an order.

Carriers
We use Fedex ground , UPS  ground and USPS Priority mail to ship our gifts purchased with Free Standard Shipping. We use Fedex, UPS and USPS for our expedited shipping services.

How does you gift arrive:
We take great care in packaging each gift! All items inside the gift baskets are arranged in a manner that is best suited for shipping, to ensure the gift arrives perfectly.  Our treat towers always ship stacked.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally we may need to substitute one or more products in a basket. We always substitute with a  product of equal or higher value.

Wine Shipments
Due to various state regulations gift baskets containing wine may NOT be shipped to the following states - Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Utah

Adult Signature Required for Wine Shipments

All wine shipments require adult signature  of an adult 21 years of age or older upon delivery. For more information regarding our wine shipments, please refer to our Terms of Service.  

Return Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our gifts, if you are not fully satisfied you can return the gift withing 7 days of receipt and with we will provide you a refund.

Please note: In case of a return,

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels, the buyer is responsible for shipping the gift back.
While placing your order, please ensure your submitted delivery address is correct. We cannot issue a refund for a wrong address provided on the order.
